Stamp Duty Calculator

You pay Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) on increasing portions of the property price above £125,000 when you buy residential property, eg a house or flat. Use this calculator to work out how much tax you will pay.  For residential purchases, this calculator uses rules effective from 4 December 2014 and SDLT rates introduced on 1 April 2016.
