Unlike other Developers, Alliance Estates have an open policy on extras and variations. It is our desire to accommodate the wishes of purchasers wherever possible. We are happy to quote for any reasonable alteration or variation but have to stress that payment in advance may be required if a variation is to be incorporated before exchange of Contracts.
